On the one hand, the other shows aren't typically death games, just frequently absurd, but perhaps that speaks as to how low the bar is.

It's a bad thing in that it's a dead end path. As far as I know, if you're stuck on another show then there's no chance of graduating.

[ he considers what the other says, unfortunately not really able to make any connection. Still, he'll keep it in mind in case any clues come along as to what its significant is, if anything.

Aether smiles at the comment about not planning to go easy on him, and he feels a spark of excitement at seeing the complete change in Childe. It's almost... familiar, somehow, and his heart tells him he's really missed this. Or something like this, at least: a challenge? ]

Good, because I wouldn't have bothered if I thought you were to do that. That's not fun.

[ ok, he's ready and his stance shows it. He's not quite sure how he knows this, but he does. Which gives him a confidence of sorts even if he hasn't yet realized what he is capable of—as much as he's unaware of his partner's capabilities, even.

Yeah! I was really hoping to use this game as an ice breaker to meet new people, but most people are very closed off and it makes it a bit uncomfortable to try and talk further even if no hugs given. I understand where they might becoming from a little better, but... still a bit disappointing.

Then again, I probably didn't need this game as an ice breaker to talk to you, you're super friendly.
